Jenna Browne

Grant Project Manager


Jenna has worked as a grant Program Manager for ten years. She prides herself in providing individualized support to applicants and grantees and in creative problem solving and system design to benefit both our clients and their grantees. In addition to grant program support, she has expertise in nutrition, and food science and is passionate about promoting nutrition education and food access for children and families. Jenna holds a Masters degree in Nutrition and Food Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Florida State University. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, running, and traveling with her family.

Melissa Gusman

Grant Project Specialist


Melissa Gusman spent a decade teaching middle grades English before transitioning into nonprofit support and serving as a grants specialist. In this work she found her love for empowering nonprofits via grant writing, content development, and program development and now runs her own consultancy business. Melissa enjoys practicing and teaching yoga as well as exploring Florida's waterways and trails with her young family

Art Johnstone

CEO


Art spent more than two decades directing a non-profit organization (Young Life) and working for state government (Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; Volunteer Florida). He founded Grant Partners in 2008, and since that time he and his team have helped national associations and non-profits acquire and manage more than $100 million in grant funding. He and his wife Carol love spending time with their six children, three pets, traveling, and being outdoors as much as possible They live in Tallahassee Florida

Carol Johnstone

Grant Project Specialist


Carol is currently working as a Support Specialist providing analysis and customer support for federal grant programs. In addition to working with federal grants, she has worked as a grant manager in the electric utility industry and as a bid preparer in the flight simulator industry. Carol has a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the College of William and Mary. She has enjoyed raising her six children. As a resident of sunny Florida, she loves spending time outdoors walking and gardening, and is also learning to speak Japanese with two of her children

Tiffany Ramos

COO


Tiffany Ramos has spent the last decade in the nonprofit space. The latter of those years she has found her niche in operations, assisting organizations large and small to position them at the forefront of operations excellence. Currently, Tiffany is the COO of Grant Partners Group. Tiffany is working to improve operational processes in addition to working closely with clients to build out their customized cloud-based grants management systems. Tiffany enjoys nature and spending time with her family, friends and pets.

Jessica Varela

Grant Project Specialist


Jessica holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree specializing in Business and Hospitality Management from Florida State University. Her background includes providing operational support to non-profit organizations with a focus on client experience and compliance, and multiple positions focused on client satisfaction and sales. Currently, Jessica is a support specialist for federal grant programs providing grantee support. In her free time she loves hiking and snowboarding with her family and friends and distance running.
